What’s the matter? = Tell me what’s wrong 怎么了?
Are you all right? = Are you OK?
l Expression:
1. 復(fù)數(shù)形容詞的用法：
We’re third. 形容詞并沒有復(fù)數(shù)一樣。
2. There be 句型(1)
There [TZE, TE] adj. pron. 這些，在這里。
在說明或詢問人、物等的存在時(shí)用的句子。
There be是表示“存在”的基本句型，語法為：
There be + (sb/sth +somewhere) /doing sth.
注意的是There be的結(jié)構(gòu)中 There is +主語+狀語。(be動(dòng)詞要和主語保持一致)。
There be 句型與have的區(qū)別是：
There be強(qiáng)調(diào)某物在某地，并沒有從屬關(guān)系。而have強(qiáng)調(diào)從屬關(guān)系。
3. 一百以上的數(shù)字寫法：
hundred [5hQndrEd, 5-drid] num. 百
one hundred and thirty-three. 一百三十三。
4. 以How引導(dǎo)的疑問句(2)：
How + adj. 可以物質(zhì)的大小、長度、
How old … 多大了。
How old is she? 她多大了。
How long… 多長(時(shí)間)，對(duì)過去時(shí)、現(xiàn)代時(shí)、將來時(shí)提問。
How long is the Yangtze River? 長江有多長?
How long have be married? 你結(jié)婚多長時(shí)間了?
How long have they lived here? 他們住在這里有多久了?
How long does the movie last? 這部電影要放多長時(shí)間?
How long will you tour to The U. S? 你到美國旅行多長時(shí)間了?
How heavy… 多重
How heave is a pig? 豬有多重?
How tall… 多高
